FAMILY

Biking with Caleb Chuck & Cheryl have been married 30 years and have four children and one grandchild.

Charlie is living in Richmond, Virginia working for the Richmond Revolution, a brand new Arena Football Team. His job title is Vice President of Operations and Assistant General Manager.
Carrie is married to Ben Floyd since December 2007. They are living in Oklahoma City at the Tinker Air Force Base. Carrie and Ben are new parents. Their daughter Emily Anne was born May 1st, 2009l!
Caitlin is living in the Pittsburgh area and is currently working as a server in a restaurant.
Caleb is in 6th grade at the North Star Middle School.

ACTIVITIES

A full-time elder in the United Methodist Church, Western Pennsylvania Conference, Chuck has served on committees at both the District and Conference level. He chaired the Conference Congress on Evangelism and served on its board for 8 years. He has led help-shops in the area of evangelism and stewardship and served on the District Board of Ordained Ministry for 12 years. He has served as the District Chair of Evangelism. He has served as President of the Local Ministerial Association at 2 previous appointments and is a past president of the local chapter of the Rotary Club. Chuck is currently serving as the Connellsville District Chair of Evangelism.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

Plays the piano (really loves music!) and loves to golf. Leading Bible studies and preaching. Always has a book or two or three going. Anything sports-related, particularly baseball and football, and of course, golf!

To become a dynamic body of believers that makes a difference in the Jennerstown area. For our church body to realize that our ministry is about “them” not us. For growth to continue to occur as we learn the Bible and make it effective, relevant and applicable to our daily lives. His passion is to lead and equip others to live a life of integrity in following Jesus Christ.

MOST PROUD ACCOMPLISHMENT

Above all, to be able to partner with my bride of 30 years as we raise our children to love and serve Jesus Christ. In “2nd place” would be the privilege given to me to preach and teach the Word of God in the local church setting.
